Eugene is the founder of CombiTel Group. He has over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, broadcasting and applied technologies as an engineer, manager and business owner. 

Eugene is a member of IEEE and holds a Master’s degree in Electronics. He also completed business studies at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Eugene’s speaking engagements included many Australian and international conferences for telecommunications, digital media delivery, as well as enterprise and Government IT stakeholders. 

Craig Allen – Chief Financial Officer

Craig Allen is a Chartered Accountant and business consultant with over 30 years of experience including an impressive track record of helping many businesses achieve long-term success.

Craig is a fellow member of CPA Australia, a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), and is a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants.

Rick Donarelli – Operations Manager

 Rick is a results-driven Engineering Professional with over 25 years of experience in the ICT industry leading cross-functional teams delivering complex projects to customers globally. Proven leader, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that engages and supports engineers to deliver successful project outcomes and individual professional growth. Committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding customer expectations.

Rick’s skills and experience include Project Management, Line Management, Improvement & Change Management Programs, Organisational Transformation, Engineer Certification Program driver, amongst others.

Rick received his Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Electronics and Communications) degree from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia
