Eugene Razbash – Managing Director and Founder
Eugene Razbash has over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, broadcasting and applied technologies as an engineer, manager and business owner.
He was instrumental in founding our IP Centrex operation and selling it to an ASX-listed company.
Prior to CombiTel, Eugene held management positions with the telecommunications industry leaders such as ECI Telecom (NSDAQ: ECIL; board member of Australian subsidiary) and NEC Corporation, where he had worked on TV-over-DSL and IP communications projects worldwide.
Eugene played key role in the proposal, design and implementation of a landmark NTL project. This is arguably the world’s largest ATM/SDH radio network, which currently carries live digital television, business data and voice traffic.
Eugene’s experience also includes a successful consulting business providing services to Broadcasting and Telecommunications industries specialising in Pay TV technologies.
During early days of his professional career Eugene worked in research and development of complex video and communications systems for defence and aerospace industries. During that period Eugene obtained a patent and published four scientific papers in the areas of digital signal processing.
Eugene is a member of IEEE and holds a Master’s degree in Electronics at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology where he also completed business studies.
Eugene’s speaking engagements included IIR, ATUG and SPAN conferences.
Peter McLean – Chief Financial Officer
Peter McLean is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years business experience. He has worked predominantly with business in the IT&T Industries. He has worked with a number of fast growing companies and companies that have setup operations in major markets across the globe.
Peter has guided a number of companies through strong periods of growth and ensured that the companies he is involved in have the detailed reporting needed to make key business decisions about performance and strategic planning.
Stephen Walsh – Operations Manager
Stephen has a proven track record in the delivery of system and software projects, through the application of project, engineering and quality processes that govern the full development life cycle in various environments.
Stephen has over 30 years of industry experience in Telecommunications, Applied Technologies and Software development. Stephen has worked in the UK, Canada and Australia.
Stephen received Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree from Kingston University London. His management education credentials include Diploma of Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management and Graduate Certificate in Management.
